I have lots of power tools...

When I opened my cake store 5 years ago, I bought a set of power tools to try to save money by doing most of the build out of the store myself (with the help of my brother, because -let's face it- I had NO idea what I was doing at the time). Since then, my husband and I have almost single-handedly finished our basement, which gave me more experience with power tools and cutting and drilling stuff. I got sick of our headboardless bed, so one day I busted out the circular saw and drill and built one for under $30. I think more females would be less intimidated of pulling out their husband's power tools if they had a little exposure to them. And then they would find the ability to create even more cool stuff beyond scrapbooks and cakes becomes limitless!
